How Booking Works

Casual Session

If you’re purchasing a Casual Session, simply choose your preferred Friday session from the booking calendar during checkout.

Your booking is confirmed immediately—there’s nothing further you need to do.

5 Session, 10 Session & Semester Passes

If you’ve purchased a 5 Session Pass, 10 Session Pass or Semester Pass, you’ll receive a welcome email from our booking platform, Meety, containing your login details and simple instructions to activate your account.

Once your account is activated, you can:

• Book into any available Friday Play & Prosecco session.
• View your upcoming bookings.
• Keep track of your remaining session credits.
• Manage eligible cancellations and rebook future sessions.

One session credit is redeemed each time you attend.

Semester Pass holders simply reserve their place for each Friday session throughout the semester using their Meety account.

Good to Know

• Valid for Play & Prosecco sessions only.
• 5 Session, 10 Session and Semester Passes are valid until 11 December 2026.
• Semester Pass includes all 19 Friday sessions across Terms 3 & 4.
• Monday, Wednesday and Thursday weekly experiences are booked separately using a Queens Tennis Pass.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• One session credit is redeemed per booking.
• Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
